Dr. Sonia Suresh

Dr. Sonia Suresh, is a consulting Physician and Diabetologist at Kerala’s multispeciality hospital, Valiyath Institute of Medical Sciences. She has over 10 years of professional experience and specializes in the field of General Medicine and Diabetology.

Dr. Sonia has acquired her MBBS education from Govt. Medical College, Nagpur and inorder to enhance her qualifications has achieved NBE accredited degrees like Diplomate of National Board (General Medicine) from Trivandrum Medical College, Kerala and Member National Academy of Medical Science (MNAMS) degree. A fellowship in Diabetology from University of Newcastle, Australia enabled her to attain indepth and updated knowledge in all aspects of diabetic care.

Her articles have appeared in Indian Medical Association’s health journals and Kerala Bhasha Institute has published the book Vardhakyakalarogan authored by her.
